These Terms govern your use of GameHub 3D. By accessing the site or playing any game on it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Using the site
GameHub 3D is free to use and requires no account. You may play the games, submit scores, and share links. You may not use the site in any way that breaks the law, disrupts service for others, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
2. Fair play
- Do not submit scores through automated tools, modified clients, or intercepted requests. Scores are validated server-side and implausible submissions are rejected or removed.
- Do not abuse multiplayer rooms — no deliberate disconnect farming, no flooding the matchmaker, no impersonating other players.
- Display names must not be offensive, impersonating, or misleading. We may reset any name at our discretion.
3. Availability
The site is provided as is. Games are added, changed, and occasionally removed. Leaderboards may be reset when a game’s scoring changes. We do not guarantee uptime, and nothing here is a commitment to ship a specific game on a specific date — the roadmap states targets, not promises.
4. Your data
Local progress lives in your browser. Submitted scores are tied to an anonymous identifier, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may remove scores or block access where we detect abuse.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its games, code, and artwork are owned by their author unless stated otherwise. You may link to and share pages freely. You may not rehost, resell, or embed the games elsewhere without permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. The games are entertainment; use them sensibly and take breaks.
7. Changes
These Terms may change. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
