What to write about
Pitch a 3D game
One sentence is enough. If it is something you would open twice, it can jump the build queue.
Report a bug
Tell me the page, what happened, and which device and browser you were on.
Performance problems
If a page runs badly on your hardware, that is a bug. Include the device — low-end targets matter most.
Anything else
Partnerships, press, or a question about how something is built.
Response time
Usually one to two days. For anything urgent — security, abuse, or a broken multiplayer match — email gets the fastest reply.
